Measuring Digital Opportunity for America's Children

The Children's Partnership has released a new report, Measuring Digital Opportunity for America's Children, which looks at the ways the Internet and ICT can improve children's lives across a range of measures. The report also points out an opportunity gap, otherwise known as the digital divide, between different groups of kids.
