Rubistar at http://rubistar.4teachers.org/ This is a great tool for creating rubrics for any task or project. You can select from their many existing rubrics, pick and choose among their categories or develop your own. The finish product can be used as a web page or printed. You can also go back and edit the rubric later on.
This is a great way to get started using rubrics or, for more experienced folks, to develop their own incorporating work from others.
